Louisiana State University’s graduation rate has raised by 15 percent.

 

Kenneth Miles, assistant vice chancellor and executive director of Louisiana State University, said he accepts all roles that come with being an educator and that making partnerships across the university, student life, career counseling, and administration.

 

Miles also lives by the quote “Be a man for others.” He believes in order to be able to uplift others you must be able to uplift others and you must pick them up to where I am.

 

Through the years Miles has even come up with his own keys to succeeding in life based on his own personal experiences and continues to motivate and help others to achieve their goals.

 

“Be authentic, be reflective, be aware, be emphatic, Miles said, and continue education.”
